Product descriptions, specifications, images and guidance are provided to help you understand the item. Product information is not medical advice. Where professional assessment, fitting or clinical advice is appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

DAATS is VAT registered. Product prices displayed by the DAATS online store include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other order costs depend on the selected items and delivery option. Review the final amount and applicable VAT treatment at checkout or on your written quotation. DAATS is responsible for issuing a compliant tax invoice where the law requires one. Contact us with your order reference if you need a copy or have an invoice question.

Product availability can change. Adding an item to the basket does not create a promise that the item will remain available. Online basket and checkout functions are handled by the connected commerce service. For quoted orders, DAATS confirms the product, price and payment arrangement in the relevant quotation or order communication.

Review your products, quantities, delivery or pickup selection, contact details, applicable taxes and final price at checkout. If something is incorrect, use the checkout controls to change it or leave checkout before completing your purchase. Contact DAATS if you need assistance reviewing an order.

Keep a copy of the order summary and any confirmation shown or emailed by checkout. If you need a copy of a completed order record or tax invoice, contact DAATS with your order reference. We will assist with records that we are required to retain and provide under applicable law.

It is not medical advice, does not replace professional assessment or fitting, and does not guarantee product suitability, availability, delivery, Medical Aid cover or RAF approval. Some online purchases qualify for a statutory cooling-off period, and qualifying faulty goods have separate statutory remedies. The item and circumstances determine which rights apply. A quotation provides product and pricing information for the stated request. It is not a Medical Aid or RAF approval and is not a guarantee that another organisation will pay or reimburse the amount quoted.

DAATS can prepare product information and quotations. Your Medical Aid scheme decides cover, authorisation and reimbursement. DAATS cannot approve a claim, guarantee cover or represent every Medical Aid scheme.

DAATS can support equipment quotations and product information. The Road Accident Fund or relevant claim handler decides approval and payment. DAATS does not represent the RAF, provide legal advice or guarantee payment or timing.

DAATS branding and original website content may not be copied or presented as another business's material without permission. Product brands, trademarks and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights, remedies or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Product-specific supplier or manufacturer terms may also apply where they are disclosed for the item.
