How it works
1. Tell us what you need
Send us the product or type of equipment you are looking for, along with any recommendation from your doctor, occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
2. We prepare a quotation
We put together a written quotation with the product details your scheme usually asks for, such as product codes, descriptions and prices.
3. You submit it to your scheme
You or your healthcare professional sends the quotation to your Medical Aid. Your scheme decides whether the item is covered, and how much it will pay.
4. We arrange the order
Once you confirm how the order will be paid, we arrange supply and delivery, and keep you updated.

Your Medical Aid decides what is covered and paid.
